    In short, the Trump foundation lost a $2 million lawsuit and the board had to take financial classes as part of the settlement, but none were banned from operating a charity.

    In a separate issue Eric (not Jr) was accused of giving donations to other charities when they advertised all proceeds go to St Jude’s. I don’t think any legal action has occurred, and they claim all proceeds did go to St Jude’s from their website and event, those other charities were from specific donors who wanted specific donations - minus the hosting fee Trump charged.

    Well it’s funny that the Post published this story.  Any missed vote is a “no” vote on extending the Spac’s ability to continue its organization.  I would imagine the vast majority of votes are going to be institutional so they will pay attention.  But there will be a number of individuals that didn’t even know this was coming, but now they will.  

    I think it’s anyone’s guess what happens but I read that if the vote is to dissolve, the exit price will be $10 when the IPO was $14.  It actually got up to $175 at one point.
