Bootleg code doesn't work

I have a valid bootleg download code in my account from last year, but when I try to use it I'm getting the following error:



I'm not sure who or how to reach out about this besides here.

    I think you can only use the code on mp3 and not FLAC.

    You can use them on either, it just discounts FLAC rather than covering it all. But I had tried MP3 first.

    Ah, ok, then I guess best would be to contact 10c and ask them about the code.
