This was posted on a Screaming Trees FB fan page (a few days ago, I’m late!)

February 15th 1991:

$8 for Screaming Trees, AIC and PJ? You can’t even get a beer at a show for $8 now!

PJ should book a show at some club venue under the name of Mookie Blaylock, no press release etc and see how long it takes for people to catch on.

Not with this group of Fanatics. They couldn’t even book a show as Minus 5 without a sellout in minutes

Dang. Back when all that music was new. Was a good time to grow up. Never caught a bill like that. East coaster & PJ was too popular with the girls for the mulleted, metalhead/ skinhead/deadhead punk I was. Also didn't like the name Alice in Chains til I finally saw them. Jaw dropped. Was a fickle son of a gun.
