20-Year Anniversary of The Mansfield Experiment! How about a Vinyl Release!?

Oh, I've told the story before.  I was there for night 1 and 2 but missed night 3 as I was with the wife at a local fair.  I know, I know.  But alas........

This summer marks the 20-Year anniversary of that memorable run of shows and songs in Mansfield, Massachusetts.  Everyone loved the acoustic set.  Everyone loved the impressive run of songs without repeats (just Yellow Ledbetter with the one repeat?).  Even Sleater-Kinney showed up!

I don't believe the shows currently exist on vinyl, so how about honoring that magic moment in time with a vinyl release!?!?

I mean, the 3rd show is one of the bootlegs I spin the most of shows I never went too.   It's such a good show.

As for a vinyl release.   I don't know.   PJ/10c seems to have limited resources to spend on this stuff.  I'd rather see new stuff, than re-releases of existing stuff (IE these shows already have a pretty high quality release on CD).   Still, if they had to do it, I guess the 3rd show wouldn't be so bad :)

I went to all 3 nights. I had 10c tickets but day of the 3rd show i checked ticketmaster and scored 4th row center. i was beyond psyched. seeing a sit down/acoustic set was such a thrill. at the time it was more or less the first full acoustic set (outside of bridge school) since mtv unplugged, i think.
awesome nights! saw them 9 times in 2003 when tickets were under $50!

A cool vinyl I’m in for that!
I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.

I am listening to night #3 right now! Still the best show I've ever been to. Hard to believe it's been almost 20 years.
    I missed night #2.
@WindowPaine that's really impressive. Congrats on such a great score for this all-time show.

What would it take, 10 albums to do this as a vinyl set?

You can fit about 40 minutes on a record right?  The first two shows were standard size sets so around 2 hours.  So that would be 3 lp's per show.  The 3rd one was almost 3 hours, so I'm going to go 5 lp's.

    I'm going to say 11 lp's :)

I’m sorry but vinyl? We need a full ass DVD or add this to their streaming service. This concert needs to be seen as well as heard.

I'm sorry but streaming service?  Has Pearl Jam gone full on Netflix on us and I didn't even know?

Totally agree on video over vinyl.
