I don't drink the big energy drinks, but I do have the occasional Extra Strength 5-hour Energy. Those teeny little shots really work! I usually knock one back if I'm especially tired for a family dinner or something like that, and need to perk up fast and for a few a hours.

These things make me feel a bit jumpy but I'll take one before an early morning round of golf if I am dragging...or I got a long drive ahead of me or something.

I do like these. I can't do the extra or a whole one. I'll take a 1/4 or 1/2 the bottle. Last time I did a whole one my heart was on nitro.

But sometimes after lunch I do take a small cup with oatmilk. Because I drink like 5-6 cups of tea per day at work, so I get tired of it.

These things...yeah I guess there is sugar or stevia or whatever in there. Still I think they're better for you than a regular energy drink.
