So sad right now. The Specials were such a big part of my youth. I was lucky enough to see The Specials many times over the years. Gonna go spin some Specials and Fun Boy Three.

    I was very shocked when I heard the news.  I remember discovering the Specials in the early 80s at the same time I discovered many other new wave/punk/ska bands.

    Way too young, very sad. 
    I had a Specials LP in my used record inventory at the bookstore some years back and the store owner told me about the day it sold.  She heard a younger woman back by the records let out a scream which was instigated by finding that LP.  That's the kind of sale that puts a smile on my face more than whatever they paid for it (which I don't recall now, but it was a good sale).  Good to know people like Terry Hall bring that much joy to someone's life.
