volume pedal experience?

I am trying to decide what volume pedal to get, thus temporarily completing my setup. I am torn between:

and

I am leaning towards the E.B. The Morley sounds cool, but I don't really need a built in chorus effect. The Boss caught my eye because it looks sturdy and costs $50 less than the E.B.
Does anyone own either of these and can you recommend one?

jacks are on top are a plus for the EB for convenience and space, also the grip tape and construction should give you a solid feel.
The plus for the boss would be that you could use it later as an expression pedal since you use a lot of boss effects, though the EB is modified as such in some applications too.
EB also makes a JR version that is cheaper, and Morley makes the little alligator if you don't need stereo.
I've had my morley bad horsie for a very long time now, it's solid, and not having a pot is nice.
Sorry, I'm probably making it harder, but I think you are either going to have to just choose, or try em all out.
