    as I recall 11 circuit didnt really fuck around over the special master thing, did they? resounding rebuke as I recall.

    this is just the timetable.  Smith and his team have been early in most filings. we know trump will delay as long as is allowed

    this is our system. let it work. results may not always be to our liking but the system is the thing.
