Bootleg question

Hi all,

Quick question that I should know the answer to, but don't. I just bought a bootleg download. When do I receive the email that contains the download link?

    I don't think they are sending download link emails.  You should see the link in your order history.

    Last 2022 bootleg, Denver, will be available today @ 6pm EST.

    I have a bootleg download question also... when you buy a download from Ten Club or redeem a code, should it also appear in your Nugs library? Mine do not, yet I somehow have the Bellingham WA vault show in my Nugs account.

    I don’t think it shows up in your Nugs library if you buy it from Ten Club. What’s cool, though, is that if you order the cd from Nugs, you can stream it any time from your library.

    Thanks... and dang, I just ordered a CD from Ten Club (which has already shipped). Should have ordered from Nugs!

    It’s not showing up on Nugs yet either.  Not sure what is holding up the release but it should be coming soon.

    The bootleg process from 10club/nugs could use some fine tuning. Seems like it could be an easier process.

    Same problem here. It’s in order history same as the screenshot above but nothing to click to download. Do we just have to wait?

    OK, the link is there and all downloaded now.  Generation X and technology - frustrating but we get there is the end!

    The Nugster app is so easy to use. Wish bootlegs bought at the 10club store used the same app for downloading bootlegs.
