Anyone know what pedal he uses to get this sound?. I really LOVE this sound.

    it's just a wah pedal but he's left it in one position to get that resonant sound.

  • I just used a wah cocked 3/4 of the way back. You can get a similar effect by just rolling the tone knob of your guitar back to about 2 or 3.

    Now, if someone would just create a wah-type effect that you could just dial in a position and leave it there... like a "static" wah... hmm...
    ...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.

    dunlop makes one. the crybaby Q or something like that.

    i made one out of a crybaby board, TB'ed it and stuffed it into a normal box with gain and bass level controls. it's pretty funky.
