Have not received refund for Prague Show through Ticketmaster

Hi, 
I received email that Ticketmaster Europe was refunding my credit card for cost of tickets.  I have not received the refund.  Unable to find phone number or chat to talk to them.  Anyone have the same issue and any ideas to resolve.  Thanks.

    start an online chat, they will reach out after you get thru the BOT BS within 24 hours
