    10 Club responded saying they sent Nugs the missing orders. 

    I hope my order ships tomorrow.

    I emailed the president of Nugs.  He helped me many years ago.

    Just because you didn't receive a shipping notification, doesn't mean it hasn't shipped. Unless of course support told you that. They obviously didn't send my notification until I asked about it, despite it having shipped several days earlier.

    I logged into my UPS account and that shows all incoming packages.  It's en route.  I never received a shipping confirmation nor a tracking number from Nugs or 10C.

    And it's status is: Delayed.  Of course it is.

    Watching this thread has had so many ups and downs. At least it is in transit...

    Really happy there is a forum for this.   I didn't even know they were actually produced yet, figured it was a waiting game - then I look and see people got theirs months ago and I never received a shipping notification or anything.  Checked my UPS and nothing.  Just emailed support.  If there's something else I should do - let me know.

    Um, ok..  Still haven't received my box set that was ordered 6 months ago.  Seems a bit cray.  Is this normal?  Is anyone else still waiting?  It still says 'processing' on my membership page..

    Reached out to 10C and the response was basically not our problem talk to Nugs.  Nugs response was they have no record of my order. 

    I have a confirmation email as well as the visible oirder on my 10C account and have responded to both 10C and Nugs.  Seems to be some communication breakdown between the two companies..

    update: 10c said they reached out to Nugs to push the order but crickets from Nugs
