Ticket Refund Problems- 10C and WISE

Hi all,

I had no problem getting a refund for the Amsterdam show through WISE. 

In regards to the next refund, WISE or Ten Club combined the refund for the Vienna and Prague shows. So I followed the instructions, just as I did for the Amsterdam show, and the link brought me to a page that said the Ten Club cancelled the transfer, and now I get to a page that says the tracking link is invalid.

I've tried to contact the Ten Club by phone numerous times and I only get a recording that tells you to send them an email, which I've done many times. I haven't heard from them and was wondering if anyone else is going through the same ordeal. 

How concerned should I be? Also, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
