Trouble selling tickets on F2F

My friend is having trouble posting a set of tickets on F2F. Unable to add card error keeps popping up??? Anyone else have this problem??? Solutions??Thanks

    Try the website instead of app

    I had this issue. Ticketmaster customer support gave me the following instructions (which worked):

    You need to add your payment details before you  click Sell Tickets or try to post your tickets for resale. You need to log into your Ticketmaster account on a desktop computer or laptop and navigate to payment Options. Under the Selling Tickets heading, you need to add a debit (not credit, not prepaid) card or a US checking/savings account. Under the Buying Tickets heading, you need to add a credit card, and for this card, you need to check the box that says, "If I sell tickets, this card may be charged..." Only after you've done the above should you click Sell Tickets and try to post your tickets for resale.
