power supply lives under the tier.

and my new patch box/amp/tuner selector thing. when the tuner's on, the outputs to the amps are muted. the lights even work!

thats pretty kickass..howm uch that thing weigh? gonna be difficult to lug around to show? i ask because..i am inquiring..if by any chance, when you get time...would you sell your service to me and build me on e of those??

and how is that sparkle drive? tell me about it...

it's heavy when it's loaded up. would have been lighter had i used 1/2" wood rather than 3/4" but the 3/4" was cheap. a mjor design flaw of course is that it has no cover. to be hailed around at all, it would need a cover. but it, cost me maybe $30 canadian to make so i can't complain. if i had used actual velcro carpet it would have cost more. someday i'll design a cover perhaps.

not really too keen on making them since it was all borrow tools and found parts. it's not really touring worthy either but i'll think about it.

and i love the sparkle drive. basically, modelled on a TS808 with a clean boost you can blend in. a very good pedal.

a good project would be to take a TS808 clone curcuit and cross it with a MXR micro amp clone circuit. would do the same thing. hmmmmmmm. there's an idea.

RE: a couple of my weekend projects:

My weekend projects involved chainsawing trees off my, and a few other houses, and my car , thanks to Isabel! I've got plenty of extra wood now, if you want to build more boards!
Can I borrow the name "Exhausted" for a couple of days? In a hotel tonight WITH electricity.

I like your little switch box. The separate tuner jack is cool. I'll buy one!

i honestly can't make the switch boxes in a cost effective manner. as much as i'd love to.

but barring that, i'll perhaps post the schematic. not that it's anything difficult.

    here's the guts.

    Thanks Exhausted.
Well, I'm in a hotel now, but I can rebuild the ol' roof. Need a car though! It's flat as a can!
I'll probably make a couple of guitars out of the trees, one big beech tree might make good guitar wood. Let me know what kind of pickups you'll want, I route one up for ya! Don't hold your breath though, gotta redo my digs first!

ah man. that much damage? i'm really sorry to hear that. i hope no one was hurt.

Still no power in a lot of the area, the house is insured, and I can build anyway. The car, that's a pain, but replacable. No one was hurt and that is most important. This kind of stuff actually brings people together. I know ALL my neighbors now!
To me, It's sadder to see the trees go than my roof.
