MSG Tickets

I need some help.  I scored tickets for MSG two years ago.  I never got a refund as I wanted to keep the tickets.  The show is 2 days and I can access my fan club tickets.  Can someone let me know how or where I get the tickets from.  MSG sent me an are you ready email.  I don’t see anything on the Ten Club sight and I have no tickets under my Ticketmaster account.

    Do you have any other TM accounts in your family (wife, siblings?)  I would check those too.  Long shot but worth a try.
