St Louis Fan Club Ticket- not for resale?

So I have had tix since 2020 for St Louis. I’ve seen that people have been able to sell via the fan to fan resale on ticketmaster. I may not be able to go now and when I get on the app it’s saying my tickets are not for resale. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

    Try using a computer too.  The app sucks when trying to list tickets for sale.
