I was under the impression I purchased tickets through the fan presale in Jan 2020 for the Hamilton and Toronto shows.  Up until June, my previous email was active (it no longer is due to a work change) and when I tried to find my tickets via Ten Club (nothing there) and Ticketmaster (nothing there), I checked my CC purchases.  I recall getting a "you got tickets" email at the time but when I looked today, the charges appear under "ticketstoday/pearljam".  Can't speak to anyone at Tickets Today, it is email only.  Am I screwed???  What should I do?

    I also opted for the commemorative tickets and was charged $10 for each show on top of the $300+ per pair.  Prices aren't crazy so hoping purchases were legit.
