my tone sucked last night

it was rather depressing. my tone's not great to start with but my hands just felt like lead and i could get a any sounds i was happy with.

    it was just one night. I've had nights like that. Don't worry about it. Sometimes it's tough just getting stuff in tune. Next time, set it down go brew a cup of warm tea. warm your hands around it then tune up and start noodling. It gets better. Sometimes your brain just doesn't want to play.

    I doubt your tone is not that great. I feel that way too sometimes then I plug my crap Peavy into the Orange turn up the volume and it's just like magic and I feel better.
    My Girlfriend said to me..."How many guitars do you need?" and I replied...."How many pairs of shoes do you need?" She got really quiet.

    Blues-rock mainly but I also play some wuss bubble gum rock too.

    Whatever my mood. I like blues a lot.

    i think i would be able to approximate a reasonable degree of rockin' if i was in an actual band.

    ( hmm, maybe get a cabinet full of little bitty speakers! )

    i'm a C-5 player with A-1 equipment. it's the player, not the tools.
