Question about fan-to-fan tickets

I have one fan-to-fan ticket that I would like to sell. If I sell my ticket is it absolutely certain that I will get a refund or would I be taking a risk that it will not sell.  I am asking as I am looking at purchasing a better one through TM but want to make sure I will be refunded for the ticket I will sell.  Thank you for your input.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

if your ticket sells, you will get a refund. someone has to buy it though. there is no guarantee someone will buy it. its not like you are turning it in for a refund, you are listing it FOR SALE. some other fan must chose to buy it or you are stuck with it. if it sells, TM will get you the money, it all goes thru them, they get collected funds, there is ZERO chance you will not be paid if it sells. but it must sell....

i have sold two sets of tickets, when the shows are over, i should get my refunds. they are sold, the TM site says within 7 days of the end of the show, i'll get paid. i guess they are squeezing the last of the interest out of it. just in case its canceled again or whatever. if they show is canceled after you sell, you DON'T get paid you get your tickets back most likely as buyer can ask for a refund. sometimes that won't happen but it could.

covid has fucked the whole process up with all the potential cancelations.
