Admins want to explain why my post was removed???

Okay. Well, I guess we just randomly delete people's posts with no explanation whatsoever.

I wasn't selling tickets for above face. In fact, I wasn't selling anything at all. I was merely seeking a ticket for ticket trade, which is done all the time around here. But I guess that bothered you for some unknown reason.

Didn’t your post say something “…unless you’re a hot girl offering sexual favors?” The minute I read that, I knew it was going to be flagged, and admin was going to say something or delete. 

I did not flag your post, but I found it offensive, and I’m about as lefty liberal as they come.

That was very clearly a joke, and I even included a wink emoji after to indicate as much for anyone who is humor impaired.  But point taken. We'll keep things 100% serious from now on.

Yes, but….   I saw the wink and I understood the attempted ‘humor’. There are certain topics we all must be cautious about, and this is definitely one.

I wholeheartedly agree. And that's not what I did.
I'm not gonna sit here and debate the context of my comment, or detail my resume of women's rights, human rights, and civil liberties, because I'll just come across as defensive.

So, I'll just say, if anyone was honestly offended by my comment, I sincerely apologize. That was not my intention at all. And I really mean that.

And to those who have felt the need to chime in, my advice would be to avoid any other band's message boards. You'd be appalled by some of the jokes made in there...by all sexes.
