Kia ora friends,
Introducing 'Ventricles Pumping' which is a curated live Pearl Jam podcast hosted by the Kiwi all the way down here in Aotearoa/New Zealand. Its been going strong a few months now, but the host is pretty shit at promoting himself to be honest...thankfully so far, word of mouth has cranking up the listening numbers.
Its a little different from what already out there, it's been described somewhere between a playlist, radio dj and a podcast. You can reap the benefits of the Kiwi's obsessive live show listening as he brings you top tier live cuts from across the catalog accompanied by some spoken thoughts for context and added appreciation. Each episode tends to have a theme or a specific tour in mind. Give it a whirl if it sounds like your thing, it's available on the regular platforms. 100% passion project, no ads, not for profit.

The kiwi explores some favorite solo Ed Ved performances. Nothing but voice and guitar here (other than one with a uke) amongst protest folk songs, a near hospice exit, empty seats at the cure show, impulsive vinyl rips, hotel room inspiration and the gentle Japanese.
