Hi, I won the lottery for 9/11/22 MSG, but my credit card was declined because it was stolen and had to cancel it. I received an email to resubmit my credit card information, which I promptly did, but never received a confirmation for the TC tickets. Who can I reachout to about this? I've been waiting patiently, but now I'm nervous that I won't be able to attend. Thanks all!

    This is all in TM'S court. Hopefully, you didn't delete any emails related to TM, Verified Fan, or anything remotely connected between 2020-today. Again, only TM can look into this for you.

    didn't these tickets go on sale months ago? Why does having your card stolen now have any effect on past purchased tickets?
