Hotel Du Nord is really the only thing available thats within walking distance and even that one is a 3kms out. Either you walk to that one after the show or you park a car at the venue or you fight with everyone else looking for ubers and cabs. 

If it was me and I would definitely be looking at Old Quebec if it was my first time in the city.

Thanks. Been to QC and stayed in old Quebec a few times - beautiful. The Best western plus is about 30 min walk - which is doable 
May be the best option

Same for us. We just stuck with the one we found that had a sweet deal with free parking.
