Digital download help

Hi everyone :-). Is there a digital download i can choose where it will just upload to iTunes from my iPhone? I’m really an idiot when it comes to this. I have been choosing mp3 in the past and have to upload form my computer but I’m looking for an easier way. I noticed some are $15 as opposed to $10. Thanks for any help!
