Help Reaching Ten Club Staff re: Tickets

Does anyone have a surefire way to reach the Ten Club staff about European tour tickets? I received my instructions for Vienna ticket pick up weeks ago, but not for Prague, and am getting worried. Just want to make sure they will have my tickets! Have tried emailing the Ten Club ticket email address multiple times over the past few weeks with no response, and tried the phone line, but apparently no one staffs that? Thought I would try here for any advice or help. Thank you! :)

    I haven't gotten my Prague email either. I am hoping it will come soon.

    Also not received any information for Prague. We are flying out on the Monday, 4 days before the gig so could really do with knowing the arrangements before we depart so we can plan accordingly and make sure we have everything we need.
