    I assume that anyone who ordered it after they realized the error got a proper version, but I don't know when they realized the error.  I do know that they were made aware of it no later than June 30 because that's when I emailed them.

    Got the replacement from Nugs!
    they sent the sleeve in the cellophane. That’s some pretty good customer service!

    Setlist looks correct, but I think the musicians credits are wrong, Matt shouldn’t be on there just Richard. Correct?
