Where to pick up Tickets for the Zurich show?

Hi there,
I am from Germany and purchased 2 tickets for the Zurich show next week. Tenclub told me I have to pick them up at the venue. I wrote to the Hallenstadion and they told me I have to ask at ticket@tenclub.com where to pick up my tickets.
I wrote them several emails within the last 2-3 weeks and even called them several times but no response at all.

Does anyone know where I have to pick up the tickets in Zurich?

    The email will advise this when it comes out, but will likely be the venue at some point on starting the afternoon of the show

    I am in contact with the Venue, they know nothing about the pick up of the tickets.

    I am from germany. I have to plan my trip. I have to book a hotel a train or flight. I need to know when and where I have to pick up the tickets in order to catch the correct flight or train. Where is the problem for the tenclub to answer my emails and tell me. What if I have to pick up the tickets the day before the concert. What if I have to pick them up on the day of the concert early afternoon......???

    It's a pitty. And so disapointing. I thought the ten club would give me any advantages but in fact, there are none. And this was the first and last time I ordered tickets through the club. In fact, the moment I have the tickets in hand I will cancel my memberhsip.

    Don't get me wrong. This might work for all of you. But if there is a service line which does not pick up the phone, which I tried for two days now. You don't want to know the cost. Or a reply to any of the emails since weeks! FUCK IT!

    You will have to pick up the tickets the day of the concert likely starting in the early afternoon right up to the start time of the show. It will be right next to the venue just as it has been in the last decade for all Euro 10C shows.

    We see your point. Ten Club hasn't sent the email to everyone with tickets yet to tell you what the ticket pickup process will be.  Usually it's close to show day, so the venue may not even know the full plan yet.  And yes, it will most likely be day of show starting in the afternoon like it has been for shows with in person pickup.

    Its probably easy for those of us that have done this many times to say don't worry but if its your first time with 10C tickets I can see why the lack of details would be concerning

    Since the purchase of the tickets was made a very long time ago, a confirmation would be customer-friendly.

    Don't afraid will be good  :) Tickets will be close to the venue (for example in venue cash desk) at the day of the show - you will got final confirmation and instruction soon I hope

    Thanks for all your posts. I  really appreciate your help and comments. Still why do they tell me I should write emails to tickets@tenclub.net  if I have questions when they do not reply at all. Not to mention my oversea phone calls. Thanks again everyone. I think we can close this thread.
