European 10c Tickets Holders Confirmations and Pick Up Info

I was lucky to be drawn for 10c tickets for the PJ concerts in Berlin and Frankfurt. There should be mails sent out with confirmations and pick up infos about one week before the concerts but until now I have not received any. Does anyone know whether such mails have already been sent?

    Not received an email yet. Have also been wondering the same as usually sent just over a week before

    OK, maybe they are sent out soon. But do I really need the confirmation mail to pick the tickets at the booth on  the day of the concert?

    Received the confirmation mails last night. Now looking forward to great shows in Berlin and Frankfurt.
