Issues with 10c tickets refund

Hello!

I need help from someone from the 10c staff, I requested the refund of my 10c tickets for budapest in March, after few weeks I received the wise link to get the transfer but it only accepted a US bank account number, which I don’t have. I have written several times to tickets@tenclub.net without any response, it’s been 3 months and I don’t have any news at all. I didn’t want to post anything here but this is my last resource.

Does anyone know if theres another way to contact the 10c?
