I sold tickets I bought through Ten Club due to event conflict via verified ticketmaster exchange

Ticketmaster let me know the tickets I listed sold for an upcoming show in September and the email confirmation said they pay you within 7 days. However, the website says the payment is made within 7 days after the event. Ticketmaster support is slow to respond and doesn't answer the question I asked.

    I sold one of my Oakland tickets that way. They put the money in my account about 3 days after the show. No need to worry 😀

    The email said within 7 days after getting the email. So now I have to wait until Sept to get the money? That's nuts.

    nah, you'll get paid before that. I sold a few for the May run and got paid well before the shows happened
