the guts of a dunlop 95 crybaby turned into a static wah pedal (think stone's riff on "no way") with volume, bass and wah control.

this is only prototyped. i'll do clips once i have a proper enclosure, have wired in the true bypass (it's hardwired on right now) and done a much better job with the soldering and parts quality. i just built it with what i had lying around for now but it works and sounds cool.

i won't be able to finish it until next weekend.

Looks good... once everything's together, and if you get a chance to re-label it, it'll be pretty cool. I think some chicken-head knobs would be a great idea, too... and I like the "Big Baby" thing.

Now, if you can post soundclips of this and the acoustic DI you picked up...
...and if you don't like it, you can suck on an egg.

nice, that should be fun to play with.

You could always change the inductor too if you really wanted to but you aren't using that as your wah really so that's probably null and the dunlop inductor may sound better in that config.

That thing should be right up your alley.

How does it sound with the big muff?

Cool idea. Good luck. I'd really like to hear some soundclips when you get the chance.

well, it's done. i just have to make the labels for it.

it sounds pretty cool. it actually self-oscillates at certain settings. i have a clip down and will have it up by tomorrow.

speaking of GC pedals though I thought I'd let you know I can get some really cool trailing delays with the studder switch you installed on my GC switcher.

that's cool. it's too bad i put the wrong switches in it. you probably get a bit of signal leak, right?

the guts of that pedal are probably pretty ugly. if i remember i ended up using really heavy gauge wire etc.
