How the hell do I get my digital download?!

ten474ten474 Los Angeles Posts: 168
I apologize if this is a very dumb question, but I just purchased a digital bootleg.  My question is, how do I download it?  I don't see a link or email anywhere after purchasing. PLEASE HELP!  Thank you.

When I go to view details of order, there is no link to download. Has this happened to anyone else?

I bought my download today (June 6) but for some reason it lists the purchase date as June 7?  I am wondering if that has something to do with it.

Maybe try on a PC instead of your phone? I guess you could try contacting nugs, like it says in the product description:

If you have any questions about your bootleg order, please contact Nugs by opening a

New customer service ticket at help.nugs.net.

I really don't understand why the process can't be easier. Every time I do it I want to throw something out the window.

    Weird. You should see

Digital Downloads for this order: .. URL.

That would take you to http://download.pearljam.com/ .

Over @ Nugs, we use the nugster app.

agreed, this is a less than optimal process. the "download" manager is abysmal.  You have to go track by track by track.

Seriously. I really hate Nugs. Really hate Nugs. Bandcamp is such an easier and effective site to use.

It's a pain in the ass, until you figure it out. What I do is use my PC. I purchase the download. Then go to your account and then recent purchases. Click the link and and a menu box pops up with a list of all the songs. Then I click each song and they download each separately to my computer. Now, I open, the latest version mind you, of ITunes. Go to your main menu and click on import to my library. Find each song in your PC's downloads and click them to import. Now you can sync your iPhone to your library. There you go!

I agree that Nugs is the worst, and that Bandcamp is perfect. Nugs is made slightly tolerable through the use of the DownThemAll browser add-on on Firefox.

Have you guys tried the nugster app? It's the easiest ever. Even more easier then Bandcamp. You have to though order from Nugs.net, not pearljam.com.
