Commemorative Ticket

I received my Commemorative Ticket for the 5/12/22 show in Oakland that I ordered through the Ten Club.  I still have not received my Commemorative Ticket for the 5/13/22 show in Oakland that I ordered through Ticketmaster.  Anyone else have this issue?  Trying to get a straight answer from Ticketmaster is a joke.
