Refund Help

Hey I've sent 4 emails and have gotten no response so I'm looking for help. I am looking to get a refund for 2 GA tickets to Prague. 

I originally planned the summer vacation for 2020, had some tickets, it got postponed. Held onto them. It got rerouted. Prague fit. Got them. Postponed again. Rerouted again. Now Prague doesn't fit. Requested the refund from ten club. Got an email alerting me to watch out for an email from "Transferwise" to follow. Turns out the company changed their name from Transferwise to "Wise" and while I was looking for an email from Transferwise to follow the ten club email, Wise had already sent me the email. I missed the 48 hour window. My bad. 

I love the band and ten club and hope to not be soured by this.

    To clarify, the email from Wise came before the email from the ten club alerting me to be on the lookout from an email from Transferwise shortly.

    You can still request refunds for Ten Club Euro tickets?

    Hey so no, but I missed the 48 hour window and have been trying to contact them. I guess I'm saying I missed it because they were telling me to look out for an email from a company that changed their name from what they told me and they said it would follow their email, when it actually came prior.

    I just don't get how they can hold your money for 2 years and then only provide a 48 hour window to reclaim it through a third party. And then just ghost you with customer service.

    Yeah, that 48 hour window sucks.  I could easily see an email going to junk mail, not checking email over the weekend, etc…

    I don't think I'm able to. Is there fan 2 fan for Europe? If so and I missed it, I'll feel sheepish. They're 10 club tickets and I need to pick them up in person and I'm leaving Europe 5 days before the show.

    Update: Thank you 10 Club!!! Got the refund today. Thank you thank you thank you. 

    I'll tell you, you haven't heard it until you hear Eddie Vedder sing it: The waiting is the hardest part.

    Yeah, Europe we still have to show up in person and pick them up.  Had to eat my Zurich tickets.  Bummer.

    I'm in the same boat here and I've emailed 10c at least 5 times. I would like literally *ANY* kind of response, but it's been silent. They've had my money over 2 years and I'm starting to lose patience. 
    I still can't figure out how to change my username...

    Same here! My issue is that Wise only accepts a US bank account number, which I don’t have. I have sent several emails without any response only silence…

    We just got told a cheque will be issued.  8 to 12 weeks to get it.  Wtf this is bs.  @Santos L. Halper fan to fan sucks.  May 7th show in la.
