Drop in the Park Original TShirt

I was recently gifted an original, well-loved Drop in the Park T-Shirt from someone who attended the show. She knows I love the band and have a modest poster collection. I have a feeling from some preliminary research there could be a market for this and I frankly would feel guilty hanging onto it knowing she could make a couple $$$. Would anyone here offer their expertise on valuation range? The shirt is in worn, has one stain, but no holes. Thanks in advance!
