i was wrong. the double muff kicks all sorts of ass

i picked one up tonight. it's heaven. it's like that old neil young type fuzz from the early 70s. yet it wasn't as harsh as i was expecting at all. not like the jordan bosstone for example.

better for chording than a big muff. totally different circuit. the big muff is great for single note, synth type stuff but this double muff (it's the old muff fuzz circuit x2) is a useful lead and texture pedal.

and it was so cheap i couldn't pass it up.

    for the love of everything decent, do not put one of these in front of a solid state amp. not that i did but i can tell it would destroy your ears instantly.

    for an already distorted tube amp though, this thing is great.
