This always hurts to see.  We will never have a night like this again.
    It definitely hurts to see...

For me, getting 38 songs in Denver the next year helped ease the sting, but that night at Wrigley had all the necessary ingredients for one of their best shows ever.

For sure. And in that regard, it could be seen as a missed opportunity. But for me, seeing my favorite band in my favorite ballpark of my favorite sports team could absolutely never be a disappointment. And it resulted in such a unique experience and show that I really want to have that bootleg.

The rain delay was tough to endure at the time but now it’s part of the legend of that show.  As previously stated… being on the field at Wrigley at 2am listening to my favorite band was magical.

The sing-along during Release was the best I have ever experienced.

Always good to get Release as an opener. Though two of the shows where I've seen Release as the opener have not ever been released on bootleg.

Pissing in the box seat area because we couldn't access the bathrooms below the stands during the storm delay was suuuuper.  At least the rain washed it right away.

Was a fun trip.  So frigging hot that day.

So glad I had the (rare) foresight to stop drinking after 2 beers when the rain delay started. I never would have made it to the end of the show if I hadn't.

Also glad for the foresight to stay off my phone to save the battery while at the show... we needed google maps for the two hour walk back to the loop.

Oh god I forgot that it was like over 100ºF that day...

We walked to the next train station after Wrigley and squeezed into the dangerously crowded car.  We got to our hotel room at about 4am!

Same, although I don't recall what time we got back at.

We walked in the general direction we thought the Hyatt was for at least an hour before finally hailing a cab.

Forgive me for the humble brag but Wrigley 2013, PJ20, Made In America are three shows I attended and wish I had boots for.

At least I got the Spectrum boot...

I loved this show but would love a boot to hear it and see how the quality holds up. That's the sign of a great show. So many shows people tout don't hold up for me on the boot, not a knock, just a preference (it's honestly how I feel about a lot of shows I've attended) and then get attracted to random shows that no one talks about - but I digress. Wrigley at 2 A.M. was epic. Those 2016 shows were phenomenal but the OG is hard to be reckoned with.

I just don't get the logic in why it has never been released.

We started walking back to the loop hoping to catch a cab but had no luck. Arrived back at our hotel @ 4 am.
