Yup!!
When did you get that? Mine never arrived 😡GlowGirl said:BH87446 said:Anyone else get refunded $10 less than they paid? I’m assuming it’s the cost of the commemorative ticket, so are they still sending those out so we can remember that one time we didn’t get to see Pearl Jam?

Right. You don't even know who the buyer is, so no way to refund them. TM should take care of all of it. If you got paid for a show that was cancelled, you might wind up owing TM money and they'll charge your credit card.bbiggs said:
Exactly correct. The onus is not on the F2F seller to reimburse the buyer. TM needs to refund both parties as TM hold funds from each until a show actually takes place.JBob87 said:

I think that's normal as the f2f system is just TM's reselling system with a fixed price. You get the refund because you bought them from TM/TicketsToday, then you refund them to the person you sold them to kind of thing. It's designed for the regular reselling where the prices can be different, and makes more sense when you realize they didn't create a brand new system for f2f.given2fly23 said:Email from TicketsToday for Vegas. FYI, I had bought these from 10C and then had sold them on F2F because we were using my brother's 10C reserved tickets.Thank you for your order. We have refunded the following to the credit card used when you placed your order (receipt# XXXX):
Pearl Jam, Fri May 20 2022 10:30 PM
$304.95 Total amount refunded
Your credit card has been refunded. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the transaction to appear on your account.
Unless someone somehow was already paid for tickets they sold on F2F, don't think this is a thing.
TM / TicketsToday was paid twice (and should be holding 2 payments) for each set of tickets re-sold on F2F. TM /TicketsToday received $ from the original purchaser, as well as from the F2F purchaser. They never distributed the $ from the F2F purchaser to the original purchaser. Therefore both the original and F2F purchaser should be refunded by TM / TicketsToday.
Sorry not to nitpick, just don't want anyone trying to send F2F payments out to others unnecessarily. Though come to think of it, no clue how anyone could even do that.10/1/94, 6/22/95, 6/24/95, 9/16/96, 7/22/98, 10/21/01, 6/1/03, 10/25/03, 10/26/03, 9/1/05, 7/15/06, 7/18/06, 8/28/09, 10/07/09, 10/3/12, 11/26/13, 6/18/18, 8/10/18, 5/12/22, 5/13/22, 5/13/24, 5/25/240 -

still don't have my refund for the Ottawa show. it's been two months post-refund email.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0

I got my refund for Las Vegas on May 19th, but they didn't refund the commemorative ticket. I contacted Ticketmaster and they responded today by voiding the commemorative ticket and initiated a separate refund for it within 10 days. For anyone else that didn't get the $10 refund for the commemorative ticket, contact Ticketmaster support and they will also refund it.0

You can’t get paid for a canceled show since you don’t get paid until 7 days after the event.MD190661 said:

Did you sell your ticket on fan-to-fan. I think they will refund you as the original purchase, then pay you for the tickets sold on fan-to-fan, then charge you to refund the purchaser on fan-to-fan. Insane, yes, but I think that's what they do.Weston1283 said:Did anyone elses credit cards just get re-charged? I just got hit with multiple charges from Ticketmaster for canceled PJ show tickets0 -
On the app go to My Events and there is a Help button in the top right. Click on existing orders and there will be a chat option after clicking on your Pearl Jam order. You need to click on Missing Order if it's not there. Go through with the refund option with the bot and tell it you didnt recieve the refund for the commemorative ticket. An actual person will respond after 3 days.RK50065 said:
