Europe Cancellation // Refunds

Is anyone else out there having a hard time getting refunds for their cancelled Europe tickets?  I cancelled my tickets, got a refund notice from a company called Transfer Wise, and they said the Transfer when through, but to WHOM?  I can't get anyone from Ten Club to talk to me about this.
