Ticketmaster giving refunds due to COVID?

Very unfortunately caught Covid the week of the Oakland shows and now won’t be able to make it. These were purchased from the verified fan sale. They’re in sections 110 and 111, so I doubt they’ll sell on F2F. Anyone had any luck getting a refund from Ticketmaster for this?

    unless you bought the insurance I think you are out of luck- sorry to hear- hope you're feeling ok
