New Guitars!

When did Mike get the Firebird and Stone get the ES335 with P90s? I haven't seen them live since '13 but I have seen videos since then. Both guitars got some time in LA this weekend, especial Stone's.

On the ES 335, was it a gold top?   If so,  I think it is his Les Paul Signature  from the 70’s that he used a ton at the 2021 shows.   It is a sweet guitar.  I picked one up and overpaid a little unfortunately.

I was wondering about that. Sorta weird offset 335ish shape but with an LP style switch in the horn. Got any photos/info?

This is definitely what Stone was playing in 2021 and I have seen on some of the 2022 clips.  I bought one on Reverb and the seller told me that Webb from the PJ camp actually reached out to him to inquire about the guitar.  Stone must have wanted extras.  I believe they were made from 1974-1977.  You can search on reverb or Google and get the backstory.  The one I bought has a lot of wear but plays really nicely.

Thanks for the info. What a bizarre looking guitar... It's always interesting to see small run random models from companies like Gibson.

Does anyone have any info on the sunburst Les Paul Mike has been using for a number of years, with the distinctive circular mark below the bridge? Is it another 1959 or is it a reissue? It has a zebra pick-up in the neck and kluson tuners.

Stone has also brought out an SG which I have never seen before. A much lighter one to play than a LP & has he benched all his LP's??

Only SG I noticed him playing was the bass on DoC. Otherwise it was the LP Sig, the bursts with the bigsby, and the alternate tuning strat (for even flow, daughter, etc..)
