Broken foot, options?

So I broke a bone in my foot a few days ago.. I have tickets for the upcoming San Diego show GA floor but there’s no way I’ll be able to stand (currently in a walking boot and crutches but more than 20 min on my feet is about the limit I can handle right now). Anyone know of my options or refund policy? I am so bummed. This would have been my 28th show in the last 28 years!
This happened to my brothers friend. He sat in one of the "handicap" sections for a pearl jam show. Just contact the venue and maybe even the ten club. Your plus one should be allowed to sit with you.
  • A new question, my sister is interested in going but since she isn't a 10c member, is there a legit way to transfer the tickets to her?  I see the F2F thing on ticketmaster - does anyone happen to know if she can join the 10c today and then I can push the transfer through?

To 'a5pj' above that suggests I just tough it out... I have been to many, many shows and I would rather another fan fully enjoy the amazing experience than suffer through it myself.  There will be others in the future, and if not (let's be real, the band is getting old) I have lots of memories stored in my head.

You can’t transfer them.  But you can let her sign into your TM account on her phone so she can access the tickets the night of the show.

  • That doesn't sound like a legitimate way of getting her into the show, though?  Or is that ok?  I don't want to do anything that would break the rules.

As long as your not selling them above face value to your sister, I don’t think letting her use your account is violating the spirit of the rules.  The rules are in place to prevent scalping.

It's legitimate, not like she's stealing your log in and using tickets that you plan on using that night.  As long as you give her the info, i don't think they'll ask for ID or anything to show she's the one that purchased the tickets or that it's her ticketmaster account shes using.  Just have her download the app and put the tix in the wallet (if she has an iphone) and she should be good to go.

The LA concerts will be the first PJ shows for me and my daughter. We have GA tickets the first night and wonder if anyone can help answer a question - my daughter (23) has cerebral palsy but you wouldn’t know it looking at her- she is going to try her best to stand for the entire concert, but do the venues (Forum) ever allow disabled fans (who don’t opt for the ADA section) to bring walkers (the kind that has a seat) in case it gets too much for them??? I never really thought we’d get GA tix, but we’re beyond excited and will make it work, I’m sure! Also, just curious - how many fans are usually in GA section??? Thanks so much for any info that can be passed on…

Contact the venue. They would be best at answering your question on your daughter having a walker/seat in GA.

Not the same, but I had to contact MLB back in 2019 for permission to bring my Epi pen in a bag. (Bags were strictly prohibited and I wasn't thrilled at the idea of just shoving it into a pocket.) I got permission by email and thankful I did. It was the only way I managed to get a $600 set of Epi pens (in a tiny concert bag) into the Twenty One Pilots show we took our daughter to in Cleveland. Permission in writing. A name attached to it. Yes, I had to show it.

I believe GA sizes vary. I know the security at Cincy 2014 told me there were 1500 in GA.

    Have a great time!

  • I took my brother in a wheelchair in GA to the show in 2013. As long as you stay back a bit you can see the stage perfectly. If you want to trade in for ADA though that's up to you. We had no trouble moving through the crowd as the GA crowds are usually good folks

I hope things work out for you, OP.

I had ACL surgery ten days prior to the London, Ontario show in 2013. I investigated purchasing an ADA seat about a month prior to the show with both the Ten Club and the venue, and unfortunately all those tickets were spoken for.

Different injuries for sure. I ended up going to the show on crutches as we had seats on the floor about 10 - 15 rows back. If you go on crutches watch our for spilt liquids on the floor ;) .... I didn't collapse, but I did have a close call. All the best to you for a smooth and as comfortable a recovery as possible.
