San Diego Trolley Question

SD locals - My understanding is that the trolley runs until midnight. Am I safe to plan on taking the trolley getting out of there? I’m worried about missing the last trolley. Or do they typically run later when they have events?

    It runs every 15 min until about midnight then 30 min

    Awesome, so much easier than having to navigate the parking lot.

    I always try to use trolley... parking sucks at university...too many areas you can't park in
