MSG ticket barcode missing

Anybody else has this problem? No barcode and can't save to my wallet, but no issue with STL nor Camden. Getting worried ticketmaster is pulling another one...

    Mine are this way too. There is a countdown timer that says when the tickets will be ready which is for 9/8.  I got them from 10c lottery in 2020. My Nashville tix I bought through TM last week have barcodes. I assume the difference is due to NYC.

    MSG is different and will be ready closer to the date.

    I think this is because of the anti-scalping laws that exist in ny. Of course scalpers still exist

    Once saved in your wallet does the ticket still appear in the app?

    Yes. It should still be in your app, and also the Ticketmaster website.
