I am unable to use my tickets and I can’t find the ticket exchange. How do I release my tickets??

    Tried to research this a lot yesterday, got nowhere so I came here to ask. Wonder why this isn't working yet...

    It’s not open yet for some reason.  The EV shows only have a two week window for it to be open before shows started, so many are expecting similar.  What show are you trying to release?
