Pearl Jam - The Ultimate Album Game

A new game for everyone. Since I have taken a little break from the "Weakest Link" polls, I have decided to give us a new game and put the focus back on  Pearl Jam.

Using Pearl Jams complete studio discography, pick the ultimate album from your favorite song from each track position from all track lists. So, for example your track 1 for your Ultimate Album would be your favorite track 1 from their entire discography. So, take some time and lets go back and focus on the bands great body of work and come up with your Ultimate Album.

For your album, be sure to chose at least 10 tracks and if you want you can take it to 15 (Riot Act went 15 tracks). I will be going with 14 tracks for mine.

VS - 12 Tracks
Vitalogy - 14 Tracks
No Code - 13 Tracks
Yield - 13 Tracks
Binaural - 13 Tracks
Riot Act - 15 Tracks
Pearl Jam - 13 Tracks
Backspacer - 11 Tracks
Lightning Bolt - 12 Tracks
Gigaton - 12 Tracks

Track 5 - "Nothing As It Seems" (My favorite Track 5 from all their records)
Track 6 - "Infallible" (My favorite Track 6 from all their records)
Track 7 - "Blood" (My favorite Track 7 from all their records)
Track 8 - "Corduroy" (My favorite Track 8 from all their records)
Track 9 - "Gone" (My favorite Track 9 from all their records)
Track 10 - "Present Tense" (My favorite Track 10 from all their records)
Track 11 - "Release" (My favorite Track 11 from all their records)
Track 12 - "Indifference" (My favorite Track 12 from all their records)
Track 13 - "All Those Yesterdays" (My favorite Track 13 from all their records)
Track 14 - "Arc" (My favorite Track 14 from all their records)

    Number 4 is the most difficult one for me. So many of my favorites in that spot. Number 11 is blasphemy but I love Sleight of Hand. Probably should be Release though 😉

    One thing I realized going through this... so many awesome songs in track 8

    Sleight of Hand is one of my contenders for Track 11. It was the song that motivated me to go to Europe 2000 for 7 shows.

    That said, NO contender comes close to Release, for me.

    I must say, I've never heard a really good  live performance of it (SOH) though. I'd love for them to revisit it and find a way to make it really gel live.

    I'm working on my list, some really tough choices, esp #4. Why Go and In My Tree are fighting it out...
