Oakland 5/13 tix - still waiting for them, anyone else having issues??

Hi fam, I won Vegas and Oakland GA tix (SUPER DUPER), got confirmations for both and charged for both but have only received the e tickets for Vegas early this week. Is anyone else having the same issue with Oakland or other cities for that matter? I've reached out to Ticketmaster as well as Ten Club and have had zero assistance, not even a reply. Pretty brutal experience this time around.
