I’m sure I’ve seen it/heard it. Other than hip hop and a few other nuggets that got through, I blocked so much popular music from the era out because of it being on an endless loop in the record stores I worked at.
For example, I finally came around to the Strokes. Pretty good band actually. But I felt tormented by their sound when they were popular.
