I'm trying to find out how/when was the first time Neil met PJ. The farthest I've been able to research is at BobFest '92, but they may have crossed paths before. Anyone know?

    I think you may be right with BobFest, at least for Ed and Mike. PJ played the Bridge School Benefit a few weeks after BobFest.

    I think you may be right with BobFest, at least for Ed and Mike. PJ played the Bridge School Benefit a few weeks after BobFest.
    We’re they special guests or already booked for Bridge? That could be the lightbulb. Within 1 year they played MTV Music Awards together and 2 years later Ed, of all the peeps in Neil’s career inducted him into the HOF. That connection must have been SOLID.

    I know they saw Neil on.... the Ragged Glory tour(?) because of Jeff sayng the "Jam" part of the name came to him during the show.

    But have they ever talked about seeing Neil in the 80s?

    I often wondered this too. From memory, none of the members refer to Neil as an influence in the PJ20 book.
